The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Arranges the Sale of 3 Properties on Behalf of IPG Photonics, Inc. for $32,855,000.

Lexington, MA: James and David Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, brokered the sale of three properties in MA, AL, and CA for IPG Photonics for a total price of $32,855,000. The properties total 153,858 SF of existing office and flex space and permitted land on 16.53 acres of land and include the following:

686 Forest St Marlborough MA
8.35 acres, permitted for 60,000 SF
$2.8 million

100 Lucerne Ln, Birmingham, AL
30,000 SF 5.4 acres: 
$24 million

2201 Qume Drive, San Jose, CA
63,958 SF on 2.78 acres
$6,055,000

The buyers of the respective properties were Six Eighty-Six Forest, LLC, Birmingham Water Works Board, and ISE Labs.
