Justin Hopkins is a Senior Associate at The Stubblebine Company focused exclusively on large industrial lease and sale transactions throughout New England.
Justin has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience focused on investment sales, leasing & development. Prior to joining The Stubblebine Company, Justin was the Vice President of Sales & Leasing for a local developer in Hawaii overseeing 500K+ SF of commercial assets including industrial, office & retail.
Justin’s experience also includes management and lending in the financial sector including Bank of America’s Business Banking Division. Justin is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and the 2018 President Elect for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Hawaii chapter.
Born and raised in Worcester Massachusetts Justin has returned to his roots to raise his three young children with his wife Jennifer.
