Vijay is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Vijay was a Vice President at an S&P 500 technology company. Vijay has managed teams of up to 25 professionals, negotiated transactions in excess of $10 million, and spearheaded marketing programs that grew an enterprise software business from under $100 million to $300 million in annually recurring revenue. Vijay leverages all his corporate experience to create and execute innovative solutions for his commercial real estate clients. He lives in Bedford with his wife and two sons.
