Born and raised in Chelmsford, MA, Zachary Hardy is a dedicated and driven commercial real estate professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Entrepreneurship from Merrimack College, where he was recruited to play Division 1 soccer. A former three-sport high school captain, Zack thrives in competitive, team-oriented environments.
His real estate career began during his junior year of college when he earned his real estate license and quickly immersed himself in Boston’s fast-paced rental market. Conducting a high volume of lease transactions, he developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. His expertise and tenacity soon led him to begin to transition into investment sales, where he gained some valuable experience before joining The Stubblebine Company.
Now specializing in industrial and multifamily investment sales and commercial leases, Zack leverages his competitive nature, market knowledge, and strong work ethic to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
