The Stubblebine Company and AIS Development arrange the sale of 50.73-acre Theodore Drive Westminster site to Equity Industrial Partners for $16.9M

David and James Stubblebine, Principals of The Stubblebine Company, represented the Sellers, Jumbo Capital and the Westminster Business Park, while Andrew Sacher, Principal of AIS Development Inc, represented the Buyer, Equity Industrial Partners, in the $16.9M transaction.

Home Depot has executed a lease with EIP for a 600,000 SF build to suit class A distribution building at the subject property. The pad ready rail served fully permitted site is located 1 mile from Rt. 2.
